Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.

• Advanced Excel/data analysis and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales leadership to drive pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
• Own weekly and quarterly forecasting cadences and identify risks/opportunities.
• Maintain data hygiene, reporting structures, and Salesforce usage across the org.
• Support data and IT integration efforts and standardize reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps on strategic initiatives.
