Job summary
Verintis is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and delivering insights to boost performance and efficiency.
You will manage CRM data, build dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to enhance forecasting and strategic decision-making. Remote role in US EST/CT time zones.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
- 3-4 years of data analytics, economics, finance, or related field, at least 2+ in a SaaS organization.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; CRM and analytics platforms experience.
Responsibilities
- Update and send weekly/monthly pipeline, bookings, and key metrics reports to ELT/SLT and board members.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and improve forecasting.
- Develop dashboards and reports on revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
- Provide insights to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length.
- Perform variance and trend analysis on sales results and forecasts.
- Support forecasting processes using historical sales data and market trends.
