Job summary

Canonical, a leader in open source software, is hiring Revenue Operations analysts to support a global direct, alliance, channel, and online sales function. You will improve data quality, enable CRM policies, and drive revenue insights across sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.

The role is remote-based across EMEA and Americas, with frequent in-person strategy alignments. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and English fluency for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field with strong academic record.
• Experience as an analyst in revenue/sales operations or related fields.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of global sales and business development functions.
• Drive data quality, opportunity accuracy, and order processing.
• Support CRM policies, processes, and systems (Sales Engagement, CPQ, analytics).
• Collaborate with leadership to report on data quality, metrics, and dashboards.
• Assist planning and enhance revenue operations across leads, pipeline, and renewals.
