Filevine is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities include data analysis, CRM maintenance, dashboard creation, forecasting, territory planning, and onboarding teammates. Remote or hybrid in Salt Lake City or other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales operations or analytics, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Design scalable sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales leadership to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align strategies and campaigns.
• Support forecasting and pipeline management with timely reporting.
• Onboard and train new sales team members on systems and processes.
• Identify best practices to continuously improve sales operations.
• Assist with territory planning and lead distribution.
• Support quota management and monitoring of sales performance.
