Verint is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on analyzing sales data, optimizing processes, and delivering actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage dashboards, collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and product teams, and support forecasting with historical data and market trends. This role is remote in the United States, requiring EST or CT time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 3-4 years in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field, with SaaS experience.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel/Google Sheets, and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Update weekly and monthly pipeline, bookings, and key metrics reports for ELT/SLT and board.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop dashboards and reports on revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment.
• Provide insights to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and sales cycle length.
• Perform variance and trend analyses on sales results and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales productivity.
• Support forecasting using historical data and market trends.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting across Salesforce/HubSpot.
