Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in refining, petrochemical, industrial, midstream, chemical processing, or related industries.
Experience building and managing strategic customer relationships.
Experience leading and developing teams in a customer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of industrial chemical treatment technologies and sales processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management support and identifying sales opportunities.
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Safely manage day-to-day operations of Drag Reducing Additive programs to ensure performance and value delivery.
Serve as trusted advisor and deliver value-driven technical and commercial solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to drive projects and technical sales initiatives.
Manage day-to-day operations of existing applications supporting customer accounts.
Monitor program performance and provide data for business reviews and reports.
Deliver business reviews, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with customers and leadership.
