Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum experience in sales, account management or related commercial role.
• Experience building and managing strategic customer relationships and leading teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of industrial chemical treatment technologies and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with key customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
• Safely manage day-to-day operations of Drag Reducing Additives programs to ensure performance and value delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor delivering value-driven technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to drive projects and customer-focused initiatives.
• Provide field support, troubleshoot, and interpret performance data for customers.
