Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with 5–6 years of relevant B2B sales experience in food ingredients or related sectors.
• Proven success in key account management and channel development with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships across organizational levels.
• Market knowledge in Food & Beverage/Ingredients space is essential.
• High resilience under pressure and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business strategy and annual plan to achieve sales and profit budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication and visits.
• Maintain understanding of products, applications, and markets; share insights with teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development in the Americas.
• Gather market insights to support new product launches and market strategies.
• Complete temporary important tasks assigned by superiors.
