Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, field support, or sales strategy roles.
• 2+ years in a people leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI).
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of strategic initiatives and channel programs.
• Oversee territory alignment, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and forecasts for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Training, and Analytics teams.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Sales Support Professionals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
