Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within law enforcement/public safety.
• Strong understanding of the state and local law enforcement landscape and challenges they face.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the state and local law enforcement market.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including law enforcement agencies, to present MissionRT’s solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in law enforcement.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of MissionRT’s products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
