Qualifications

• 8+ years selling complex tech to state and local law enforcement.
• Proven net-new business with 6- to 7-figure government deals.
• Knowledge of law enforcement operations and real-time crime centers.
• Experience navigating state/local procurement and contract award.
• Ability to present to senior law enforcement leadership.
• Independent work style in an early-stage company.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass CJIS/background checks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop territory strategy across state, regional, and municipal agencies.
• Navigate procurement via state contracts, grants, and other pathways.
• Build relationships with chiefs, sheriffs, and agency executives.
• Shape solutions with product and engineering for Caspian.
• Own commercial strategy including pricing and proposals.
• Represent Rilian at agency networks and industry events.
