SmartCOP Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the New Name acquisition strategy for public safety software, including CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions. Remote work from the U.S.

with travel up to ~50% will drive aggressive growth across the nation. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of sales representatives, product consultants, and pre-sales staff to win enterprise contracts. Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
• Enterprise sales success with long cycles and high-value deals.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and scale diverse sales and technical teams.
• Experience selling to government or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Scale the engine: build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals and technical consultants.
• Win the market: own the New Name sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise contracts for CAD, RMS, and JMS solutions.
• Execute strategy: translate go-to-market vision into measurable results, boosting net bookings and win rates.
• Lead by example: engage in high-value opportunities and build executive relationships with public safety leaders.
• Drive excellence: use data-driven forecasting and CRM insights to provide visibility to leadership.
