Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET/MIMO communications, is hiring a Senior Sales Director, Law Enforcement & Homeland Defense, reporting to the VP of Sales, North America. You will own orders, align with market development and build a high-performing team across US federal and state public safety sectors.

This role may be remote depending on location, with up to 50% travel for events, visits, and briefings. A strong background in defense/public safety tech and a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of successful sales leadership in tactical or public safety sectors.
• Deep understanding of federal/state procurement processes and budgets.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and lead multi-million-dollar field sales teams.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual orders and revenue targets and quarterly quotas for the vertical in North America.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of Sales Directors.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM discipline, and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Travel up to 50% for customer sites, demonstrations, and trade shows.
