SmartCOP is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our public safety software sales efforts from a remote U.S. location.

You will build and mentor a cross-functional team of sales professionals and technical consultants, owning the entire New Name enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will drive aggressive growth, expand our national footprint, and leverage data-driven forecasting and CRM insights to deliver measurable results to executive leadership.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in B2B or SaaS with proven revenue targets.
• Enterprise sales success closing complex, high-value deals with long cycles.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and scale diverse sales and pre-sales teams.
