Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead technical sales engagements for POS and restaurant management software solutions. You will run live demos, translate customer goals into technical requirements, and guide pilots from concept to deployment.

You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with product, sales, and customer teams to craft solutions that fit operations and drive guest experiences while communicating complex technology in plain language.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering or restaurant technology operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for QSR or table-service.
• Ability to explain complex tech to stakeholders in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Run live demos, remote and in person, tailored to each prospect.
• Map customer goals to current and future PAR offerings.
• Define technical requirements and assist with system configuration during pilots.
• Serve as Technical Account Manager through the trial and support post-sale.
