Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation in the United States seeks a results-driven Sales Engineer to translate restaurant technology challenges into compelling demos and proofs of concept. You will run live demonstrations, map customer goals to our POS and back-office solutions, and partner with Sales Executives across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts.

This role requires travel about 50% and the ability to present complex tech in plain language, supporting customers from initial call through pilot.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum in sales engineering, technical solutions sales, or restaurant technology operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for QSR or table-service software/hardware.
• Proven ability to explain complex technology to stakeholders in plain language.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Run live demos, remote and in person, tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Assist customers by mapping goals to PAR’s offerings and configuring systems.
• Own technical details through the trial phase as Technical Account Manager.
• Support from first call through pilot, serving as the technical point of contact.
