PAR Technology Corporation is a leader in restaurant technology, offering software and hardware that power 100,000+ restaurants worldwide. We seek a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales teams, run demos, and tailor solutions to customer needs across an initial US-wide remote footprint.

You will own technical aspects from first call through pilot, traveling up to 50% and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum in sales engineering, technical solutions sales, or restaurant technology operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for QSR or table-service industry.
• Ability to explain complex technology to stakeholders in plain language.
• Self-starter with strong project management and communication.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time.
• Run live demos, remote and in person, tailored to prospect needs.
• Understand customer goals and map to PAR offerings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Executives across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts to turn challenges into a compelling demo and proof of concept.
• Run live demos, remote and in person, built around each prospect’s needs.
• Map customer goals to current and future PAR offerings to shape solutions.
• Work out the technical requirements and equipment behind a great guest experience.
• Design around the operation and help shape menu design to fit how the customer runs.
• Serve as Technical Account Manager through the trial and pilot, owning technical details.
