ApartmentIQ is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to bridge our data and martech platform with customers' most challenging problems. This high-impact role blends technical depth with sales strategy to drive revenue and shape product direction.

Remote-first, based in the United States, you will lead pilots, own client relationships, translate pain points into engineering requirements, and collaborate across teams while traveling up to 25% for key meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily market data and revenue management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech stack experience: Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.

• Architect custom technical solutions for clients.
• Collaborate across Sales and Product to run high-stakes client pilots.
• Own technical client relationships from configuration to troubleshooting.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable engineering requirements for future product releases.
