Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1+ years experience with customers in pre-sales or support.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Familiar with cloud software, networking, automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Samsara products and how they apply to customer needs.
• Demonstrate quick discovery to understand customer requirements and answer tech questions.
• Provide technical coverage across the Samsara Sales Team for demos and support.
• Explain device installation basics and deployment scenarios to prospects.
• Educate customers on API capabilities and deploy testing scripts.
• Advocate for customers in internal technical conversations.
