Responsibilities

• Assist the Global Sales Team with technical inquiries and tasks.
• Create software scripting solutions and integrations for proofs of concept.
• Be available for internal Q&A from account teams on technical issues.
• Produce and manage digital content to aid product learning and configuration.
• Coordinate and participate in new product testing activities.
