Samsara is seeking a Sales Engineer (SE) to join a diverse, technically minded team focused on IoT-driven operations. You will engage with customers on logistics, fleet maintenance, asset management, machine diagnostics, system integration, and regulatory compliance, building a deep understanding of hardware, sensors, cloud, and APIs to tailor solutions.

Qualificações

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with hardware, sensors, or vehicles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert on Samsara products, including IoT hardware and APIs.
• Demonstrate quick discovery to understand customer needs and answer tech questions.
• Provide standard demo/account coverage and technical expertise across the sales team.
• Explain device installation basics and deployment scenarios to prospects.
• Educate customers on APIs and deploy scripts to a testing environment via Samsara API.
• Advocate for AE's, prospects, and customers in internal technical discussions.
• Bridge product and sales teams with customer feedback and beta participation.
• Champion Samsara’s values as we scale globally.
