Job summary

ETAP is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth by owning and managing SEE Solutions opportunities across assigned accounts and regions. This role blends deep electrical engineering knowledge with consultative selling to deliver value in engineering and industrial sectors.

The candidate will lead technical discovery sessions, deliver product demos, map customer needs to SEE capabilities and licensing, and support RFPs and proposals. Remote in the USA, CST/ PST preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technical sales or pre-sales for engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and panel design.
• Experience selling CAD/E-CAD or engineering design software.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales opportunities for SEE Solutions within accounts and regions.
• Support direct sales throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans with revenue targets.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SEE Solutions.
• Support RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation.
