Siemens is seeking an Application Sales Engineer to drive system and product specifications and solution sales across TX, OK, LA, AR, GA, AL, FL with remote options. You will engage end-users, engineers, and contractors to achieve order targets and deliver profitable growth.

Ideal candidates hold a technical bachelor's degree, 3+ years in channel sales within electrical power industries, strong leadership, Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years in channel sales or client support in electrical power industries.
• Proficient with Salesforce and able to read electrical schematics.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system & product specification and solution sales activities in the territory to meet the order intake budget and other financial goals.
• Demonstrate successful execution of all customer-facing business strategies for products and services.
• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
• Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic goals.
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
• Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with other team members.
• Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to setting up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
• Act as a point of contact with customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
