Siemens seeks an Application Sales Engineer to drive system and product specification sales across a remote US territory (TX, OK, LA, AR, GA, AL, FL). You will collaborate with end-users, engineers and contractors to develop solutions and achieve order targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven sales, market intelligence, and cross‑functional teamwork with product management, quotations and project management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 3+ years in channel sales or client support in electrical/power industries.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Analytical and critical thinking for strategic decisions.
• Travel up to 50% within territory.
• US work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead system & product specification and solution sales activities in the territory to meet the order intake budget and other financial goals.
• Demonstrate successful execution of all customer-facing business strategies for products and services.
• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications.
• Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits.
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic goals.
• Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
• Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with other team members.
• Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to setting up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
• Act as a point of contact with customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
