Job summary

Harness is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering, delivering engaging platform demonstrations and guiding customers through the technical evaluation process. You will work with sales to align product value with business outcomes and help drive a commercial relationship.

The role requires strong presentation skills, ability to engage directly with customers, and up-to-date knowledge of Harness technologies, including cloud and Terraform-based workflows.

Qualifications

World class presentation skills
Ability to debug common errors with customers
Ability to tie business problems to technical solutions
Strong cloud knowledge and familiarity with infrastructure automation like Terraform
Ability to travel within a sales territory

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling product demonstrations that tell a story of value
Represent the product to customers at field events and conferences
Stay current on changes and developments in Harness technologies
Engage with developers or DevOps teams to understand needs and map to solutions
Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and functional detail
