Job summary

Torq is seeking a Sales Engineer to build and manage top standard SE strategy in a hyper-growth environment. You will help the sales team understand technical business needs to maximize value from Torq’s AI SOC platform.

This remote role is based in the Chicagoland area, with regular on-site presence in territory. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pre-sales for SaaS security products, strong AI tooling experience, and cloud platform knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering for SaaS security products.
• Security domain knowledge required.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud security.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell or bash and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and sales engineering processes.
• Lead Sales Engineering team and CRM usage.
• Drive operational excellence with sales leadership and product groups.
• Deliver presentations to customers and prospects.
