This remote role is anchored to the Chicagoland area with territory requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pre-sales for SaaS security, hands-on AI tooling, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales for a SaaS security product (SecOps, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR)
• Experience with agentic AI tooling and modern SOC operating model
• Hands-on with cloud platforms and REST APIs for integrations

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and sales engineering processes.
• Lead the Sales Engineering team in following sales methodology and CRM usage.
• Partner with sales leadership and product groups to drive operational excellence and hit targets.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Promote products at conferences and professional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
