Job summary

Torq is seeking a Sales Engineer to build and manage top SE strategy in a hyper-growth environment. This remote role is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan area, with regular on-site presence in Southeast markets.

You will evangelize the power of our AI SOC platform, assess customer needs, and drive value through technical demonstrations, POCs, and integrations for Fortune 1000 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering for a SaaS security product (SecOps, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or AI SOC).
• Hands-on use of AI tooling to build demo environments, POC assets, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) hands-on working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and effective pre-sales technical expertise and sales engineering processes.
• Lead the Sales Engineering team in following sales methodology and best practices, as well as ensuring proper use of CRM system
• Partner with sales leadership and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency and meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Ensure accuracy and accountability with internal systems and tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring that they have the knowledge and tools needed to be successful
• Deliver compelling presentations to customers and prospects to ensure they understand the value of our solution
• Promote products and business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented in-line with client expectations
• Provide input on product development or enhancements to product management
