Job summary

Harness seeks a Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering across the software delivery platform. You will articulate technology value to executives and technical teams, deliver compelling demos, and lead technical engagements to prove ROI.

In this remote role, you will travel within the U.S. as needed, support customers during evaluations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with the sales team to drive deals while staying current on product updates and cloud architectures.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate ROI to executives and engineers.
Experience translating business problems into technical solutions for cloud platforms.
Proven track record supporting sales through technical engagements and evaluations.

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class demonstrations of the Harness platform to customers.
Work directly with customers to debug common deployment and integration issues.
Tie business problems to technical value propositions and drive executive alignment.
Lead complex technical engagements to prove the value of Harness solutions.
Represent the product to customers at events and conferences.
