Job summary

Harness is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge sales and engineering, delivering compelling demonstrations and tying business problems to technical solutions. You will work with customers to debug issues, articulate value propositions, and drive technical engagements across their journey.

The role is remote with a Denver-area base, requiring travel within the territory. Strong cloud and Terraform experience are preferred, and RFIs/RFPs responsiveness is a plus for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent product demonstration and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to map customer problems to technical solutions.
• Comfort representing product to customers at events and in field engagements.
• Strong cloud knowledge and experience with infrastructure automation.
• Ability to respond to RFIs/RFPs and convey requirements to engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and tailored stories that show value.
• Represent Harness at customer meetings and field events.
• Stay current on product and technology changes and communicate them to customers.
• Collaborate with customers and developers to address technical questions and issues.
• Travel within a sales territory as needed to engage customers.
