Job summary

Harness is seeking a Sales Engineer in Denver for the US market. You will deliver world-class platform demonstrations and work directly with customers to debug issues, tying business problems to technical solutions.

You will articulate Harness value to executives and technical teams, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and guide customers toward a commercial relationship. Remote-friendly, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Great product demonstrations telling a story of value.
• Represent the product to customers at field events and conferences.
• Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in Harness technologies.
• Active background in software, DevOps, or development teams teamwork.
• Strong cloud knowledge and infrastructure automation experience (e.g., Terraform).
• Ability to respond to RFIs/RFPs and convey customer needs to Eng teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and explain value to executives and technical staff.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for the sales team during the evaluation process.
• Lead complex technical engagements to prove platform value and ROI.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering feedback.
