Responsibilities

• Support selling strategies in partnership with sales leadership and teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support enabling customer engagement.
• Update Salesforce and pull CRM reports for opportunity analysis and planning.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing and billing questions.
• Coordinate content mapping and cross-functional sales support activities.
• Support marketing initiatives related to account development and territory execution.
• Communicate with multi-time zone internal/external customers and manage reports.
