Job summary

Cengage Group in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sales Consultant to support sales execution and administrative operations, including content mapping, systems updating, order processing/review, billing reviews, contract alignment, and related duties.

You will coordinate effectively with Sales Management, Account Directors, Customer Success, Solutions Specialists, and other teams across time zones to optimize territory coverage and drive customer engagement.

• Update Salesforce with opportunities, accounts, contacts and activities.
• Prepare CRM reports to support territory planning and analysis.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teamwork to drive account development.
