Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support our Emerging and Partner & Agency Sales teams. This role focuses on revenue growth by developing programs that boost rep productivity and GTM proficiency across a distributed, multi-location sales organization.

You will create online, virtual instructor-led and classroom content, leverage an LMS and CMS, and stay current with AI trends to keep materials relevant. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership within a sales or sales-adjacent team
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience creating new enablement curricula for instructor-led, eLearning and self-directed learning
• Experience building and launching AI tools for broad groups
• Strong cross-functional coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Proven ROI evidence to stakeholders
• Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement
• Advertising sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, design and execute enablement initiatives for sales teams, in classroom and virtual settings
• Develop certification programs for B2B sales teams including: facilitation, content creation, processes, tools
• Develop metrics and ROI reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness
• Collaborate with leaders across Yelp’s advertising business, including sales, customer success, operations, product, marketing, and more
• Utilize diverse delivery methods to reach a distributed sales organization
• Iterate and maintain enablement materials as needed
• Co-build, author and deliver materials for internal wiki and newsletters
• Stay up to date on the Digital Marketing space, Yelp product, and sales best practices
• Gather feedback to continuously improve enablement efforts
