Job summary

Zillow Group's Agent Software & Advertising (ASA) Sales Enablement team seeks a Sales Enablement Manager to translate business objectives into enablement programs. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle from scoping to execution, collaborating with content, product, and learning teams to serve Sales and Customer Success audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, sales, or customer success roles in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and deadlines.
• Clear, confident communicator adaptable for senior managers and frontline teams.
• Ability to facilitate training and present to audiences of varying sizes.
• Solutions-oriented and collaborative with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enablement initiatives from scoping through execution with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with content, product, and learning teams to deliver programs for Sales and Customer Success.
• Create and maintain process docs, trackers, and communication frameworks for consistency.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks that can be scaled across initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams; drive feedback loops and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI and available tools to improve efficiency in program management workflows.
