Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to empower its US-based sales team with training, content, and tools that drive revenue growth.

You will design training programs, manage playbooks, and optimize CRM usage while collaborating with Marketing and Product to ensure consistent messaging. A structured onboarding program for new reps will be implemented and tracked for measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams.
• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong process optimization and enablement strategy experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs to boost sales performance.
• Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral.
• Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency.
• Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and reduce friction.
• Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align messaging and strategy.
• Oversee recruitment by posting ads, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
• Deliver a structured two-week onboarding program for new sales reps.
• Support Sales Management with goal setting and performance measurement.
