Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, or performance consulting.
Strong consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle, or Brainshark.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enablement programs, playbooks, digital learning resources, and performance tools.
Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and CRM platforms to scale enablement impact across the organization.
Measure enablement effectiveness through performance data and feedback to continuously improve programs.
