HID Global is seeking an experienced Sales Director for HID Textile Services, remote in the US, to build and lead the sales team and carry a personal quota. You will drive growth across HID InvoTech Uniform Management, HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management, and RFID textile solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of successful B2B sales or business development leadership.
• Proven record of closing strategic, multi-location or enterprise opportunities with senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling into hospitality, hotel tech, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, textile services, or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the HID Textile Services sales organization, setting priorities, territory coverage, quotas and performance expectations.
• Personally originate, lead and close strategic hospitality-group opportunities and high-value hotel deals.
• Coach sellers through discovery, qualification, value quantification, economic buyer access, proposal strategy, negotiation and close activities.
