Job summary

HID Global, within the Identification Technologies business, is seeking a Sales Director for HID Textile Services. Remote (US) role leading the sales team, prioritizing accounts, and driving revenue with a personal quota.

The role requires building relationships with hotel groups, laundries, linen suppliers, and procurement teams, while coaching sellers and ensuring accurate forecasts and strategic deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales or business development leadership.
• Proven record of closing enterprise opportunities with senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling into hospitality, hotel tech, commercial laundry, linen or textile services.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HID Textile Services sales organization with quotas and market priorities.
• Personally originate and close strategic hospitality-group opportunities and high-value hotel deals.
• Coach regional sellers and maintain disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and close processes.
• Develop repeatable go-to-market plays for HID textile solutions and partner-led opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to strengthen offers and pricing.
