Job summary

HID Global Corporation seeks a Sales Director for HID Textile Services to lead growth remotely in the United States. You will own a personal quota, build and coach a sales team, and set priorities across HID textile solutions for hospitality groups and high-value hotel deals.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to strengthen offers, pricing and ROI tools, while translating customer insights into revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years of successful B2B sales or business development, with leadership of solution-sales teams.
• Proven record of closing strategic, multi-location or enterprise opportunities with senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling into hospitality, hotel tech, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, or related industries.
• Experience in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales involving software, hardware, recurring services, or capital expenditure.
• Demonstrated 'player-coach' ability to lead a team while personally developing and closing opportunities.
• Executive-level solution-selling including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HID Textile Services sales organization, set priorities, territory coverage, quotas and performance expectations.
• Carry a personal sales quota and originate, lead, and close strategic opportunities.
• Build senior relationships with hotel owners, operators, procurement, laundries and suppliers.
• Coach sellers through discovery, qualification, value quantification, and close activities; intervene to improve win probability.
• Establish a disciplined sales rhythm: pipeline, stage criteria, forecast accuracy, and win/loss learning.
• Develop repeatable go-to-market plays for HID InvoTech, HID Acuity, Invotion Linen and RFID textile solutions.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage sales talent; build hunter capability across the team.
• Coordinate strategic accounts and cross-regional pursuits; partner with Product/Marketing/Finance for offers and activation.
