Job summary

HID Global seeks a Sales Director for HID Textile Services to lead field sales and coach a regional team, while personally closing strategic hospitality and hotel‑industry deals. You will drive pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and revenue delivery across HID InvoTech and RFID textile solutions.

The role requires executive‑level solution selling, strong relationships with hotel owners, operators and procurement teams, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong commercial leadership experience.
• Proven ability to close enterprise opportunities and lead solution sales teams.
• Experience selling into hospitality, hotel tech, or textile services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HID Textile Services sales organization, set priorities and quotas.
• Coach regional sellers and manage personal quota & high-value deals.
• Develop strategic accounts with hotel owners and procurement teams.
• Fortify pipeline quality, forecast accuracy and win rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to activate offers.
