Job summary

HID Global Corporation in the United States is seeking a National Linen Supply and Hospitality Development Manager to drive growth with commercial laundries, linen suppliers, hospitality partners, and hotel groups. This quota-carrying, hands-on role expands RFID textile tag volume and creates partner-led opportunities across HID solutions.

You will develop executive relationships, build named-account plans, and coordinate with regional sales to convert opportunities into revenue, while

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in sales or business development in laundry/linen/hospitality.
Experience managing national or multi-location accounts.
Proven consultative selling with ROI-based approach.

Responsibilities

Drive the North American growth plan for laundries, linen suppliers and hospitality accounts.
Build a qualified pipeline and expand RFID textile tag volume.
Develop executive relationships and named-account plans for priority customers.
Create partner propositions linking RFID linen operations with HID solutions.
Generate supplier and laundry introductions to hotel owners and procurement teams.
Lead discovery, quantify value, reach economic buyers, and close plans.
Negotiate commercial frameworks, pricing, and volume commitments.
Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations to remove adoption barriers.
Maintain opportunities, forecasts and next steps in Salesforce, and hit quotas.
Represent HID at industry events and monitor market developments.
