Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Sales Director to lead the HID Textile Services sales organization remotely in the U.S. You will own the personal quota and drive growth across hospitality and textile solutions, coordinating with product, marketing and operations to optimize revenue and customer success.

You will coach regional sellers, build strategic accounts, and translate customer needs into compelling business cases while maintaining forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with business/technical focus.
• Minimum 8 years of successful B2B sales or business development.
• Proven record closing strategic, multi-location or enterprise opportunities.
• Experience selling into hospitality, hotel tech, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, or textiles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HID Textile Services sales org., set priorities, quotas and coverage.
• Carry a personal sales quota and close strategic hospitality-group and high-value hotel deals.
• Build senior relationships with hotel owners, operators, procurement, laundries and linen suppliers.
• Coach sellers through discovery, qualification, value quantification, economic buyer access and negotiations.
• Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm for pipeline, forecast accuracy and win/loss learning.
• Develop repeatable go-to-market plays for HID InvoTech and RFID textile solutions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent; address performance gaps promptly.
• Coordinate across regions to ensure clear ownership and HID resource deployment.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success and Finance to strengthen offers and pricing.
• Represent HID with senior customers and industry events.
