Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Linen & Uniform Management Solutions NAM to drive revenue across the U.S. hospitality market from a remote US location.

You will hunt new business with luxury hotels, resorts, and management groups, while leading ROI-driven proposals and pilot opportunities. The role requires 5+ years of B2B hospitality sales, strong relationships with hotel operators, and expertise in RFID textile tagging and linen-management solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in hospitality, hotel tech, textiles or related fields.
• Established relationships with U.S. hotel market buyers and procurement stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder deal cycles and ROI-focused proposals.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales growth in a U.S. hospitality territory with premium properties.
• Develop a qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Sell HID InvoTech Uniform Management and Linen Management solutions based on customer needs.
• Lead discovery discussions with hotel ops, finance, procurement, and ownership to quantify improvements.
• Develop ROI models, proposals, site assessments, and pilot approaches to accelerate adoption.
• Coordinate design, pricing, contracting, and implementation with cross-functional teams.
