HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Linen and Uniform Management Solutions NAM to drive sales across the U.S. hospitality market from a remote location.

The role targets luxury hotels, management companies, and ownership groups, selling InvoTech and Linen Management solutions while building a strong ROI story for operations teams. The candidate will lead discovery, develop pilots, and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Sales leadership to win strategic accounts and expand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in hospitality, hotel technology, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, or related industry.
• Established relationships within the U.S. hotel market and experience selling to hotel properties, management companies, ownership groups, or procurement organizations.
• Proven success managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder solution sales involving software, hardware, operational change, or capital approval.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales growth within an assigned U.S. hospitality territory focused on luxury and full-service hotels and related entities.
• Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, installed-base expansion, and inbound leads.
• Sell HID InvoTech Uniform Management and HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management solutions based on customer needs.
• Lead discovery discussions with hotel operations, finance, procurement, and ownership stakeholders.
• Develop ROI models, proposals, and pilot approaches to reduce adoption barriers and accelerate closes.
• Coordinate pricing, contracts, implementation planning, and handoff with cross-functional HID teams.
• Develop regional linen supplier relationships and coordinate with national/multi-region accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast opportunities to meet quota.
