Picus is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, owning the team’s total quota and shaping regional sales strategy. You will drive partnerships, coach a high-performing team, and engage executive stakeholders to grow Picus’s world-class cybersecurity software portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas.
• Experience leading Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to achieve agility and high performance.
• Own and deliver the team's total quota with a balanced plan for new business and expansion in strategic accounts.
• Set goals, territories, and account plans; manage pipeline reviews and deal reviews.
• Drive data-driven forecasting and pipeline management using the CRM; report to senior leadership.
• Sponsor key deals with C-level stakeholders at large customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent; foster a culture of integrity and continuous learning.
• Instill a consultative sales methodology across the team from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, support, and customer success to execute the sales plan.
