Job summary

Picus Security Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Director, Public Sector to lead enterprise technology sales to government accounts. You will build lasting relationships, understand client challenges, and drive adoption of Picus software across agencies.

You will own the full sales cycle, partner with Solution Architects and Marketing, and shape account plans to meet quotas. This is a global remote role with opportunities to influence a fast-growing cybersecurity platform.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Executive experience selling to government entities.
• 8+ years experience in Cybersecurity sales.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand public sector accounts to generate new business.
• Collaborate with partners to close opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop account-specific business plans and forecasts.
• Maintain evergreen discovery and understand customer priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the Picus vision.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast in CRM.
• Stay current with cybersecurity industry trends and buyer needs.
