Picus is seeking a Sales Director, Public Sector to lead enterprise cybersecurity sales with government agencies. You will build lasting relationships, drive adoption of Picus platforms, and manage both strategic and tactical governance across your portfolio.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams and partners to optimize opportunities, QoQs, and revenue growth while advocating for customers’ security needs and ensuring Picus value delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Account Executive selling in complex government organizations
• Minimum 8+ years in Cybersecurity sales
• Customer orientation with ability to understand needs and priorities
• Growth mindset and strong business acumen in cybersecurity context
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Analytical, data-driven approach and strategic thinking

Responsabilidades

• Work with a passionate sales team to hit quotas and grow public sector business
• Nurture a select group of government customers and opportunities
• Collaborate with partners to deepen relationships and close deals
• Maintain evergreen discovery to understand customer priorities and pain points
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, Support and Customer Success
• Manage opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast in CRM
• Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and account specifics
