Picus Security is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead our Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives. You will own the regional quota, shape the sales strategy, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive growth across global accounts.

You will build a high-performance, data-driven sales organization, coaching executives to surpass targets while maintaining integrity and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager leading Enterprise/Strategic Account Executives.
• 10+ years in Cybersecurity sales, including 3+ years in people management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas in complex enterprise deals.
• Strong coaching, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to achieve regional quotas.
• Own the team's total quota and build a plan balancing new business and expansions.
• Set goals, territories, and account plans; conduct pipeline reviews and performance check-ins.
• Forecast revenue data-driven; manage pipeline and report to senior leadership.
• Engage in key deals as executive sponsor with C-level and senior security leaders.
• Collaborate with partners to generate pipeline and close opportunities.
• Hire, onboard and retain top sales talent; foster a high-performance culture.
