Job summary

Picus Security Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives in a globally distributed team. You will own the team’s quota, shape the sales strategy, and partner with executives to win large, strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities include coaching, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth and margins in a dynamic cybersecurity landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Director or Sales Manager with Enterprise/Strategic Executives in a consultative environment.
• 10+ years in Cybersecurity sales, including 3+ years in a people management role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills; develops people and provides feedback.
• Experience building partner and channel relationships.
• Customer-oriented with ability to understand needs and priorities.
• Growth mindset and business acumen in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven forecasting and pipeline management approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.
• Own and deliver the team’s total quota with new business and expansion.
• Set goals, territories, and account plans for each AE; conduct reviews.
• Drive forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM system.
• Engage in key deals as executive sponsor with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to create plans and drive opportunities.
• Hire, onboard and retain top sales talent and foster high performance.
• Instill a consultative sales methodology across the team.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Support and Success to execute the plan.
• Stay current on cybersecurity market trends and competitive dynamics.
